Service Description

Choose a single 1-hour coaching session or save by making a commitment to your health with one of my extended, multi-session plans. The multi-session plans provide for 45-minute sessions in either 3, 6 or 12 session packages. Together we will explore the root causes of your health issues, assess your current knowledge base, immediate and future needs, and help you create an action plan so you can achieve your goals with confidence. In-Person sessions are held on Sundays at Rei Integrative Wellness at 48 North Greenbush Rd, Troy NY 12180.
