Mandy Black

I'm a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of healthcare experience. I graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing in 2014. Initially working in primary care, I found my niche when I advanced to endocrinology in 2017. My passion for teaching others how to take charge of their lives and heal themselves led me to transition to health and wellness coaching. Having experienced the difficulties of long-term, chronic health conditions myself, I'm dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health goals and improve their quality of life.

I believe deeply in the benefits of integrative therapies. In addition to being a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I am currently pursuing certification to provide additional assistance to clients using hypnosis for weight loss, smoking cessation, anxiety, pain relief, and more. My goal is to empower others with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve optimal health and well-being.
